"WOAHH"

In American quarter horse reining competitions, this is what is known as a sliding stop. This training technique involves teaching a horse to gallop and stop right at a fence or wall and then, right at the wall, put in a sliding stop. Its pretty impressive and dusty when you stand where the horse is supposed to stop! In this particular case you can see the horse decided not to do a sliding stop much to the annoyance of the rider.
